How we keep measurements honest

Tab-switch voids the round

Leave the tab mid-test and the attempt is discarded, not scored.

Sub-80ms is a prediction

Humans can't react faster than ~80ms. Faster taps are flagged and excluded.

Input dedup at 100ms

Double-taps and macro bursts can't inflate a reading.

Why misses count

Most aim tests report clicks per second and reward spam. That measures your mouse switch, not your aim. Here the score is hits divided by total clicks, so panicking and hammering the button actively costs you.

What this does and does not measure

This is static-target precision: acquire, stop, click. Real tracking aim — following a moving target — needs a different instrument, and flicking needs variable distances. Both are on the roadmap; until then treat this as a repeatability test you can compare week over week.
